Former employees who continue to have benefits, outstanding stock and option grants, or balances in the Deferred Compensation Plan or the 401(k) Savings Plan are able to access information for these programs through MyRewardsAtWork.com.
- A Single Sign-On box should pop up asking you to enter your Standard ID and Single Sign-On Password.
- Your Standard ID is your former employee number with a prefix. For heritage Chase/Chem/MH/Morgan employees, this prefix is normally U. If you do not know your Standard ID number, you should call 1-888-475-8133. Tell the representative that you are a former employee and that you do not know your Standard ID.
- If you no longer have a current Single Sign-On Password (or if you left prior to the introduction of single sign-on), you will not be able to log in through the Single Sign-On box. Similarly, if you attempt to log in and get a message that says your ID is not recognized, you should call 1-888-475-8133. Tell the representative that you are a former employee and need to have your Single Sign-On Password reset. The representative will assist you with the reset while you are on the phone. It usually takes about 10 minutes to reset the password.
