The CAA mourns the loss of member Niall O'Toole, who died on June 5, 2009 of heart failure. 

A resident of Stamford, CT, Niall worked in Chase's legal department from 1989 to 1997 before moving to UBS Investment Bank, where he was working as an Executive Director until his death. 

He is survived by his wife, Jie-Eun, his mother, Patricia Murphy O'Toole, and his siblings Maeve, Tom, Kevin and Tess.
