CAA Wine Pairing Dinner

Cafe Tallulah on NYC's Upper West Side

CAA member and wine connoisseur Vivian Tramontana will again curate a wine pairing dinner, this time to be held at the French bistro Cafe Tallulah, 240 Columbus Avenue (between 71st and 72nd), New York, from 6 pm to 8:30 pm on Thursday, March 26, 2015.

The cost per person is $99. You must be a dues-paying CAA member and may bring one guest. The event is limited to 40 participants.

Dinner will be held in a private dining lounge down a flight of stairs; the room is not handicapped accessible.

Diners will get to drink: St. Hilaire Gold Blanc de Blanc sparkling, Terres Dorées Beaujolais Blanc 2013; Perrin Côtes du Rhône Reserve 2011 and Peillon Claveries Duburg Sauternes 2010.

The three-course dinner includes:

  • First course: Choice of French onion soup, arugula & beet salad, or salad frisée
  • Entree: Choice of steak au poivre or bouillabaisse
  • Dessert: Choice of flourless chocolate cake, apple crisp or crême brulée.
