My family and I enjoyed a very pleasant dinner the week of May 23, 2006 with Kevin Norton, a 1982 NYC Credit Programme classmate of mine. He was in Sydney with his wife, Karen, and two daughters, Katie and Elizabeth, to visit his son, Chris, who is on a one-semester exchange program at Sydney University from his undergraduate degree program at Georgetown, Kevin's alma mater. Kevin is now working with Bank of New York.

The Sydney chapter organized a gathering in late February 2006 for local members to meet Leon Desbrow, who was visiting from New York. Although Leon had never worked in Australia, everyone who turned out had worked with Leon either in Asia/Pacific or New York.

Those present included:
Miles Armstrong, who was in Hong Kong, the Philippines, and Australia with Chase, and is now with Pacific Road Group in Sydney.

Kanchan Factor (nee Arora), who was in Hong Kong Human Resources as long ago as the Jim Bish days, where she met David Factor. David was in Hong Kong and Australia with Chase, and is now a consultant to General Motors Asia/Pacific.

Warren McLeland, who was in New York, Hong Kong, and London with Chase, and is now CEO of the RESIMAC group.

Graeme Rogers, who was in London, New York, and Australia with Chase, and is now a Sydney Partner of Boyden, the global executive search firm.

We always welcome the opportunity to extend some Aussie hospitality to visiting Chase Alumni.
