Two hundred fifty-one alumni attended the CAA reception at the 3West Club on Thursday, April 23, 2009 -- a record for the NYC spring reception. 

Although the CAA member from Mongolia registered but did not attend (he needed to visit elderly relatives in Connecticut), there were no other disappointments as members socialized and -- given the current economy and the number of new and younger members -- networked for business purposes.
