Reserve for Netherlands Dinner, September 25, 2010

The Netherlands You Don't Know weekend in September is fully subscribed, but we welcome alumni to join the reunion group for cocktails and dinner on Saturday night, September 25, 2010 at the Hotel "Landgoed de Holtweijde" in Lattrop, Twente.  (See www.holtweijde.nl.) 

To join the group, you need to do the following:

1. Register for the dinner, no later than September 3, 2010.

2. Pay for the dinner in full at time of registration,
no later than September 3, 2010.

3. Arrange your own transportation to and from Lattrop, Twente (province of Overijssel).   

4. Book your own room at the Hotel if you wish to stay overnight.  Please mention the "Chase Alumni Association" to receive our special group rate (€105.50, overnight with breakfast, double occupancy).

ELIGIBILITY
Because of space limitations, only "Dues Paid Members" of the CAA and one guest per member may attend per dinner registration. 

REGISTRATION FOR THE EVENT

Even though you will be paying in euros separately, you must register online first.  (See below.)  Please be sure we have a telephone number where we can reach you the weekend of the reunion.

COST AND PAYMENT

The cost for the dinner per participant is €70.

CONFIRMATION

Once we have your online registration and notification of payment, we will confirm your reservation via e-mail.  If you have any questions, contact Ken Jablon at jablonkt@aol.com or call Ken at 212/799-9525.


CANCELLATION BY MEMBERS AND REFUNDS:

  • Members may cancel by September 10, 2010 to receive a full refund.
  • In order to cancel, you must e-mail Ken Jablon at jablonkt@aol.com or call Ken at 212/799-9525. We will confirm the cancellation within two days of receipt of your e-mail. 
  • There are no refunds after September 10, 2010.

CANCELLATION BY THE CAA

The Board of Directors of the Chase Alumni Association (CAA) consists of volunteers who are working hard on behalf of the registered attendees with multiple vendors to organize the September 2010 reunion in the Netherlands (“The Netherlands You Don’t Know Reunion” or “Netherlands reunion”). At time of this posting, the CAA believes that the Netherlands reunion will take place as planned.

Nevertheless, CAA reserves the right to cancel the Netherlands Reunion or any proposed aspect of it for any reason at any time. If the Netherlands Reunion is cancelled, CAA will no longer accept registrations, will send notice to all registered attendees as soon as practicable and will refund to them as much of any deposit or balance payments as is unexpended or is not contractually obligated, together with their pro rata share of any amounts that it obtains, with reasonable effort, as a refund from vendors and providers. If a vendor or provider is unable or unwilling to provide a contracted for service, CAA shall attempt to obtain a substitute service that, in its judgment, is of comparable value. If CAA is unable to obtain such a service, CAA shall use reasonable efforts to obtain a pro rata refund for the participants. CAA shall have no liability for any failure to obtain such a refund.


FOR ONLINE REGISTRATION

  • Click on “Click here” at the bottom of this page. Then, click on Add to Cart.
  • If you are registering yourself and your spouse or guest, change number under quantity to "2" and click on Recalculate.
  • Click on Check out.
  • Click on Submit Transaction. Your name and, if applicable, "guest of your name" will appear.
  • Change your name if you want something different on your name tag and enter your guest’s name.
  • Click on Final Transaction. It will state, “The tickets [registration] for your party have been reserved.”
  • You will also get a confirmation e-mail stating “Thank you for your order with ChaseAlum.org……etc."
