From Tom Buda: I knew Norm fairly well professionally. Our paths crossed many, many times over the course of our respective careers. I retired from Chase in 2014 after 41 years of having a lot of fun and great challenges with great people.
I am saddened to hear of his passing. I will always remember his big smile and great sense of humor. We always got along well, and it was always my pleasure to see him, shake his hand and give him a hug.
     The world will miss him.
