In Memoriam: Colin Swinborne, 84
Lending Officer & Corporate Affairs at MHT
Colin Swinborne passed away on October 14, 2021 at his home in Palm Beach, FL. The MHT retiree was 84.
Born in England, Swinborne came to the United States when he was 13. He lived in Bayshore, NY, and graduated from Hofstra University. He later moved to New Jersey.
Swinborne joined Manufacturers Hanover Trust as a lending officer in the Bank's National Division. He later moved to the Marketing Department, where he worked in Corporate Affairs. Here he was responsible for client entertainment and staff functions. Swinborne retired to Palm Beach in the late 1990s.
Swinborne is survived by nieces and nephews in the United States and England.
