Chase Alumni Association

Ronald Halleran Jr., 78, who retired from Chase in 2002 as a vice president in the Corporate Trust Group, died on November 9, 2022 in a hospice in Staten Island, NY.

Born in Brooklyn, Halleran graduated as part of the first class of Xaverian High School and was active in the school's alumni association, having attended his 62nd class reunion last April.

Following active service in the U.S. Army from July 1961 to August 1962, he attended Brooklyn College and graduated with a BS in business management from Fordham University. He joined Chase Manhattan in 1967.

His wife died in December 2018 after a long illness. Among Halleran’s survivors are two sons and three grandchildren.
