Judith (Judy) S. Carrington Holt died on April 24, 2023 at the age of 76. She worked for Chemical and Chase for 33 years, becoming a vice president.

Born in Carbondale, PA, she grew up in Canadensis, PA. The women of the Canadensis United Methodist Church raised money and sent her to Hiwassee College in Tennessee for two years. She then transferred to Emory and Henry College in Virginia to finish her schooling. She originally was studying to be a missionary. Later, she decided to study biology. At Emory and Henry College, she met her husband, James (Jim) Holt. They reconnected in 1986 and were married two years later.

According to her friend and colleague Maxine Schiller, "Judy spent 33 years working primarily with clients located in Manhattan. Her last few years she was a Business Development /Marketing Officer in Middle Market Banking, where she provided sales and marketing support to relationship managers in Manhattan. Judy created special events,  mined prospect databases, liaised with support areas and generally 'hit the streets' to provide viable prospect opportunities for her group. She was well known for her positive attitude and infectious smile."
