In Memoriam: (Hans) Dieter Boehme, 88

Dieter H. Boehme, an employee of Chemical Bank from about 1959 to  1997, died on November 12, 2024. He lived in Sherman, CT.
 
Born in Gnadenfrei, Silesia, Germany, Boehme began his career at what he used to call "Mother Chemical" as a teller in a branch on Long Island. He  retired as a Vice President in Loan Workout under George Ross. His career in commercial banking took him all over the United States and the world.  
 
Among his survivors are his wife (also a Chemical Bank alumna), Irene Hannan-Boehme, two daughters, his former wife, two grandsons,  two great granddaughters and four siblings.
