In Memoriam: Laiyee Ng
Vice President, Global Investor Services
Laiyee Ng, a Vice President in the Global Investor Services division of The Chase Manhattan Bank and a resident of Forest Hills, NY, passed away in late August 2009 after a long illness. She was in her late 40s.
Laiyee joined The Chase Manhattan Bank in the late 1980s and worked in training for Chase InfoServ International. In 1992, she joined the Global Investor Services' (GIS) Sales Support/RFP Team, where she worked on business development proposals for the corporate pension and mutual fund groups. A Memorial Fund in Laiyee's honor has been set up at the Queens Borough Public Library in support of their "Buy a Book" program.
