In Memoriam: Domenic Pallotta, 63

Domenick Pallotta, 63, a retired Chase executive
and devoted husband and father, died August 29, 2010 in Staten Island University
Hospital, Ocean Breeze, following a lengthy illness.
Born in
Ferrandina, Italy, Mr. Pallotta was brought to the United States as a
child and settled with his family in Brooklyn. After graduating from Aviation High School in Brooklyn, Mr. Pallotta
attended Brooklyn College, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in
accounting. He later went on to pass the Certified Public Accountant’s
exam.
Mr. Pallotta worked as a CPA and as vice president of
internal auditing at JPMorgan Chase in Manhattan. He retired in
2003.
Mr. Pallotta was a fan of the New York Giants. He enjoyed
traveling and spending time with his family, and was a parishioner of
St. Charles R.C. Church, Oakwood.
He is survived by his wife of 39 years, Anna, three daughters, two sisters and two granddaughters.
