In Memoriam: L. Tracy Wych

Tribute service in NJ on June 2nd

Tracy Wych, who worked at Chase from 1987 to 2004, passed away on Thursday March 28, 2013. Ms. Wych spent most of her career at Chase in Internal Audit and was the Client Service Partner responsible for all consumer banking activities in the United States.

After leaving Chase she held such positions as Managing Director and Head of Internal Audit for Caylon, Credit Agricole's Corporate and Investment Bank subsidiary, as well as Audit Director for Deutsche Bank. 

Born in 1955, Ms. Wych received a dual degree in Business Administration and Accounting from Illinois Wesleyan University in Bloomington, Illinois. She was a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Financial Women's Association.

She was active in many charities and causes and is remembered fondly as a true mentor and friend by all her colleagues. A former resident of Chatham, NJ, she had relocated to South Carolina and has two children, Elayna and David.

Ms. Wych was particularly active in the UMCOR (United Methodist Charities For Relief). In honor of her mother, she had established the Harriet Statton Tracy Scholarship Fund at Illinois Wesleyan, should anyone wish to donate.

A tribute service is planned on June 2nd at the United Methodist Church in Chatham, NJ.
