In Memoriam: Ingeborg Warschke, 67

Longtime Frankfurt Banker

The CAA mourns the death on May 14, 2014 of Ingeborg Warschke, a longtime member of its Frankfurt chapter.

Ms. Warschke was with Chase from 1974 to 1991, working in Belgium, Germany and the United Kingdom, in real estate finance, Treasury consulting in Brussels and London, and Middle East and Africa corporate banking. Until her retirement, she worked with Hessen Landesbank (Helaba).

While at Chase in London and Frankfurt, DePfa Bank in Wiesbaden and as head of U.K. Real Estate Finance at Helaba in London, formerly International Real Estate in Frankfurt, she was involved in international real estate finance for all asset classes in most European countries, as well as in the United States and Canada. Ms. Warschke was founder of the German Women in Property Association.
