Chase Alumni: Tokyo Bowing Out
Dear Reader,
With its membership ageing, the Tokyo chapter of the Chase Alumni Association has decided to cease operations. Alumni wishing to contribute messages or tributes to the commemmorative brochure that will be distributed at the chapter's final event, on June 6, 2008, must e-mail their note to the Tokyo chapter no later than Thursday, May 15, 2008. Click on the related article below for more details. We are pleased that members of the Osaka chapter have voted to keep their chapter alive.
London Event: For the first time, we're offering pre-registration online for a London event — the June 5th reception at Bow Wine Vaults. Online registration is available for CAA members and offer a near 50 percent (£7.50 versus £15) savings over paying at the door. The reception itself is open to non-members. Click below for details.
We regret to report the passing of one of the best reasons for attending a CAA London reception: Matt Hawes suffered a fatal heart attack on April 29, 2008. Click below to read some of the tributes that have come in for Matt. Anyone wishing to contribute additional memories should send them to us at newsletter@chasealum.org.
