Chase Alumni: SPECIAL – April 27th JPMC Event Photos Posted

Dear Reader,

CAA April 27 and 28 in NYC

It finally felt like pre-pandemic days – a huge gathering of Chase alumni reuniting with friends and colleagues at 270 Park Avenue!

More than 300 alumni attended the April 27th CAA reception so generously and graciously hosted by JPMorganChase at its new global headquarters.

While the reception did not actually begin until 5:30 pm (that is, the bar wasn't open yet), and check-in was set to begin at 5, alumni were chomping at the bit to go upstairs and explore the new space. The steady stream began at 4:45. All but a few guests had arrived by 6, and many lingered after the party was officially over at 8.

The biggest draw? Well, people might have come to see the new headquarters, but they stayed for their fellow alumni, sharing memories, catching up on intervening years, and gabbing about work, retirement, family, the world, their health, travels and the way things used to be.

We so appreciate the effort JPMC made to make this a memorable evening –including arranging for Carla Hassan, Chief Marketing Officer for all of JPMC, to address the crowd. Special props go to Aisha McKutchin and Binnur Dogan of JPMC's Alumni Network team, for leading mini-tours of the 13th and 14th floors throughout much of the evening, and to Kate Northrup, leader of the Alumni Network team, for making the event happen.

Click here for more information about the events of April 27th and 28th and links to two albums of photos from the JPMC reception (viewable only by dues-paying CAA members...remember to log in!). You can also simply go to the website and click on Photos. Again, you must log in and be recognized as a dues-paying member to see the albums.

If you have photos you want to share from the event at JPMC, the Global Credit Training Luncheon or the LATAM Luncheon, please send them to news@chasealum.org. We'll run those photos next week.

We know that many people joined the CAA for the first time or renewed their long-dormant memberships in order to attend the April 27th event. Please take advantage of your membership! Watch for an email that talks about website stories to which you can contribute, and let us know what activities would be of interest. Meanwhile, please explore the Member Directory. Be sure to add your own profile to it by logging in, and clicking on "Welcome, (your name)!" and then on "Update My Profile". If you need help with any of this, please contact Ken Jablon or Andrea Axelrod at news@chasealum.org.

Onward and upward!
