Chase Alumni: NYC Event – 3 Days to Go + Chocolate
Dear Reader,
The registration deadline for CAA's November 18th fall NYC reception is this Monday, November 15th at 6 pm Eastern. Nearly 300 alumni have registered so far, but we're allowing 425 to register. We expect a last minute deluge, so don't risk being shut out! Remember: There will be absolutely no unregistered admissions at the door. No exceptions.
There will be a raffle for those attending the event. The prizes? A Kindle, three terrific hardcover books and an exquisite assortment of chocolates from Chase-banker-turned-chocolatier Joan Koukos, about whom you can read by clicking below.
The reception will be held on the redecorated 50th floor of JPMorgan Chase's headquarters building at 270 Park Avenue. Remember: You must be a CAA member to attend, and pre-registration and payment are required by 6 pm on November 15th.

Online registration is now open for members for the CAA London Christmas reception on December 1, 2010, which isn't that far away. A dozen people have taken advantage of a 50 percent discount by pre-registering online.

Houston is currently the CAA's fastest growing chapter, and we wish yet another hearty (and howdy) welcome to our new members from the Lone Star State. Save the Date! We will have another Florida reunion at a wine-tasting lunch on Friday, January 28, 2011, at Frank Reider's GOL! Taste of Brazil restaurant in Delray Beach. For snowbirds (U.S. and foreign) and even alumni from the west coast of Florida who want to make a weekend of it, Frank has offered to arrange for discounted rooms at a local hotel. If we have enough out-of-town alumni descend on Delray Beach that weekend, we can arrange for other group activities. If you think you would be interested in a hotel for the weekend, please contact news@chasealum.org.
