We've gotten 20 fabulous seats for the Houston Astros vs Texas Rangers game at Minute Maid Park for Friday, August 9, 2013. We're hoping the Astros will be playing better by then – but it should be a fun all-Texas night anyway, with fireworks following the game! CAA is subsidizing the already discounted tickets ($61 tickets normally $41, and we're selling them for $36), in the fourth and fifth rows between home and first base. CAA members, reserve now!

We may close registration soon for Option A of the CAA25 Reunion Weekend in New York, October 17-19, 2013...so please reserve now. We just saw an exhibit at the Museum of the City of New York about Green-Wood Cemetery – one of our reunion destinations – and are even more excited about visiting this American version of "Père Lachaise". Imagine: In the late 19th century, it was the second most popular tourist destination in the United States (after Niagara Falls). As is, it's probably Brooklyn's most popular tourism site nowadays. Join us!

CAA Frankfurt will have a gathering on June 19, 2013 at Depot1899 in Frankfurt.

CAA London will hold its summer reception on Wednesday, June 26, 2013. They'll no doubt hoist a few in memory of one of their own - Billy Haywood, a brilliant mainstay of Chase Treasury operations in the 1980s. Read expanded In Memoriams for him and Bob Hess.

CAA Vienna will hold a luncheon featuring Clemens Graf von Wedel as speaker, on June 26, 2013.

We are sorry to report the far-too-early death of Dan Hogan. Anyone wishing to share a remembrance should send it to news@chasealum.org.

CAA Houston will have its fall gathering on September 24, 2013, back at Saint Arnolds Brewing Company. It's free for CAA members, but online registration is required.
