Former Chase President Art Ryan is scheduled to attend the members-only CAA NYC Reception on Tuesday, October 23, 2018. It will be our last opportunity to have an event in the current building at 270 Park Avenue, which JPMorgan is tearing down to make room for a new tower.

Former BankOne CEO John McCoy
on Bank's Columbus Connection
Read an interview in the Columbus Dispatch, which notes, "McCoy retired a year after orchestrating the bank’s biggest acquisition, for First Chicago NBD for $21 billion in 1998. JPMorgan Chase & Co. bought the bank in 2004, and First Chicago’s top executive, Jamie Dimon, became Chase’s CEO...All in all, a McCoy ran the bank for 64 years, and Chase dates its connection to Columbus back 150 years."

Robert (Bob) W. Chandler, 73
Chandler died of a heart attack on Setember 24, 2018 while on vacation in Paris. The 23-year Chase vet and longtime CAA member focused his career on Mexico and South America.
Brian Jewson, 61
Jewson worked in International Payments and Money Transfers in the 1990s.
John A.F. Dean, 68
We were only recently informed of the passing of Dean in 2014. During his eight years with Chase Manhattan, he ran European M&A out of London.
Bill Rottino, 75
The longtime CAA member and 27-year veteran of Chase died July 23, 2018.
James Minty, 81
Jim Minty headed branch operations and branch sales. He died on July 21, 2018.
Richard Boyle, 72
Richard Boyle, for many years a Chase IT executive, died on July 17, 2018.
Larry Potts, 74
Larry Potts, a veteran Credit Officer at Chase Manhattan, died unexpectedly on July 8, 2018.
